- I'm a new Mum with a passion for keeping my family healthy. In the last year this has meant becoming grain-free and preparing almost all foods from scratch. This blog is a record of my journey along this grain free path. I live with my husband, Matt, our son, Sam and a few pets. I am sometimes called "Bean" by my friends.
